2. Nature of our services
Our services include:
- Model portfolio signals: Monthly rebalance recommendations based on our quantitative factor models, delivered to subscribers.
- The MindForge Brief: A weekly newsletter covering market insights, factor model updates, and portfolio changes.
- Backtest research: Historical analysis of our strategies for informational and research purposes.
All research is published under Sagar Shekhawath's SEBI registration in accordance with SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. Research reports and model portfolios are prepared based on publicly available information and quantitative models.
3. Risk disclosure
Investing in securities markets involves risk. Please read the following carefully:

Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment terms and cancellation procedures will be provided at the time of subscription. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice to subscribers.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
Access
Subscription access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or redistribute our research, model portfolios, or newsletter content without explicit written permission.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including but not limited to factor models, portfolio construction methodology, research reports, charts, and written analysis — is the intellectual property of MindForge Capital. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.
The specific factor weights, scoring algorithms, and model construction details of our strategies are proprietary and confidential. Subscribers receive portfolio signals and research; they do not receive the underlying model code or methodology.
6. Limitation of liability
MindForge Capital's liability to any subscriber shall be limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or consequential damages arising from the use of or reliance on our research.
Our research is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.
7. Prohibited use
You agree not to:

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
